Hi parents and families!  Here is a little bit of information about myself and why I love to teach!  My family is originally from Swift Current and we moved here 11 years ago.  My husband Darren works for the Medicine Hat Tigers and so we are avid Tiger fans!  I love spending time with our daughter who is in grade 10 this year and love watching her play volleyball and grow and become such a wonderful citizen!  I love books and my hope is to one day write books for children and have them published.  I have been teaching for 21 years and would never consider doing anything else!  I love getting into the hands on work with children while learning.  I love that they teach me something new everyday!  I am proud to be a teacher here at Southview School where we embrace diversity and encourage life-long learning!
